Is he gonna play or does he suck?

Nikola Djurisic, last year's 2nd round pick who played all last season in GL. He's an end of bench guy. Will most likely spend most of his time in GL again.

Ah.. scrub then. Was impressed with his summer league performance before he went down with injuries.

The question is really just can he improve his shooting enough to become a legit 3 and D guy. I feel as though he might end up like Nemanja Nedovic where there's no defined NBA role for a guy like him, but his athleticism and solid IQ make him a valuable player in European basketball.
So many people who attain the heights of power in this culture—celebrities, for instance—have to make a show of false humility and modesty, as if they got as far as they did by accident and not by ego or ambition.

His shooting mechanics were awful from 3 and the freethrow line last year. He spent lots of time getting one on one instructions from Kyle Korver throughout the season last year. First preseason game looks promising with the mechanics. Hawks fan like him.
At media day he said he lost some weight as he was fat last year  . You can see the difference.

No excuse in 2025 for hiring a commentator who can't pronounce players' names correctly.

This is the season he officially cements himself as top 10 all-time.

He will further cement himself as a top 10 all time center, after another defeat to the OKC Thunder 8-) Crazy pass, but that's not going to fix his defensive issues from being out of shape. At least Finland isn't in the NBA to take him out.

I have been a doubter, but he looked oh so good in this game. He was playing with such poise, he uses his size so well. Made it look easy even if his teammates weren't playing well.

Channeling Dan Roberts, the only PA announcer in Utah's history in the NBA, who retired after last season... "How 'bout this Jazz?"

Admittedly only against an injury riddled Grizz, but Jaylen Brown is looking very switched on and injury free.

Love is nearly two decades younger than me, but with that grey hair I feel represented on the court.

Sheppard is an absolute turnstile on defense, maybe the worst I've seen since Jimmer.

Amen Thompson is quick and slippery cutting to the rim. Not sure how you guard that.

He's fun to watch, incredibly athletic.

I will be absolutely ecstatic if I'm wrong about Ace Bailey being the most likely top-5 bust in this year's draft.

he was a wildcard for sure. He reminded me a bit of Michael Beasley, had the skills and athleticism just worried about the mental side.

he could be great though
