Noa is so raw but I think he's good enough to receive 10-12 minutes per game.

I hope so but it's gonna be some nights he's got 3 fouls and 2 TO in those 10. Is what it is at his age and experience level.

I'll go ahead and make a sig bet that Mikal is better by RPM this year than Zach.

You get benched over that.

Lazy.

You get people on your team trying to fight you back in my day.

There's something missing in the head. He is just forgettable and this genius Front office signed him for 5 years.

I’ve said many times. Kid is on the spectrum. IQ is not there at all.

Essengue has shown more in awareness then Patrick or Phillips

Bulls are going to need to consider cutting the loss and stretch waiving him after this year. If he doesn’t take a huge leap mentally, he will be not only untradable, but also taking roster time from other players. Stretch-waive will open up more cap space, and also reinforce some accountability.

What an awful draft choice (always the risk with risers) - and a worse resign decision given that AKME should have known what they had on their hands by then.

Personally I think BD does a pretty good job with rookies so if he's showing in practice he'll get some burn. IMO this year is all about finding the players you want in 2027 when hopefully Matas is a star and you can maybe envision a Knicks like building around JB collection of talent. The next two seasons are all about Matas, and to a degree Gidey I guess. But it's basically Matas becoming or star or bust imo. The rest of the guys just have solid starter upsides. Maybe Noa is higher but he's so far away it's impossible to really even project anything other than bench player at best.

I like rooting for him, he's a fun personality on the court. Maybe he can improve to a solid rotation guy, here's hoping.

I’m old enough to remember Jalen Smith being signed for his 3 point shooting (0-6)

While I do believe that Williams is on the spectrum, can we please not associate that with a lack of IQ? There are plenty of people on the spectrum that have fine IQs. I’m one and I’m raising one. Respectfully.

I assume the finishers were 3rd string. So that means our rotation at the moment is

Giddey/Tre
White/Ayo
Huerter-Okoro
Matas-PWill
Vuc/Collins

No surprises here.

Okoro looked as good as I expected. Low boxscore #s but his defense/hustle was great.

FWIW, Dalen and Philips both entered before Pat.

Wow, best preseason kick-off I can remember in a while. FUN!

The Good:
- Matas looks better
- Jones reminded my why I felt so good about his game
- Okoro with real 3&D
- Noa showing why he was highly touted

The Bad:
- Giddey looked slow and rusty
- Vuc played
- Pat looked like himself
- Our 3pt shooting from the C position

Other good:
Ayo looked really good

Other bad:
Dalen / Philips don't look like NBA players
