What Richardson's upside? I am going with "Jeremy Lin".
And his floor? Cole Anthony?

His upside is considerably higher than that. His ceiling is more like Jalen Brunson in terms of being a small guard who has figured out ways to still be a super efficient scorer in spite of his size. And someone who also happens to be very low turnover.
Now Jase might not ever reach that ceiling, the percentage chance of him getting there may be quite slim, but that's certainly a legitimate top percentile outcome.
His floor is also pretty high *if* the offensive efficiency is actually real. Even if he ends up being a guy who's handle doesn't develop, he shows very minimal point guard skills and is completely inept defensively.
If he can score efficiently and not turn the ball over, he'll have a very long career as a rotation guard.

Ceiling: Jalen Brunson
Floor: Cam Thomas (I do not think highly of Cam Thomas)

Re: #25: Welcome to Orlando, Jase Richardson!
Brunson seems a bit high, he's top 10 in MVP voting the last few years.
IMO:
Ceiling: More athletic Mike Conley with more scoring chops/slightly less passing
Middle: More efficient Lou Williams
Floor: Current Rob Dillingham

I don't hate the idea of Lou Williams but with more ability to stay on the floor defensively. Definitely requires more creation than he has shown, but I think that is a good upper middle outcome. Because Lou with passable defense would have been really good.
I always think of like BJ Armstrong and Derek Fisher based off what he showed at Michigan State. Sharpshooting off ball guard that fits seamlessly with ball dominant players.
Definitely can squint and see him hitting his upside based off the track record of finishing at the rim and shooting though.

Considered that comparison as well. Not a bad one IMO.

Re: #25: Welcome to Orlando, Jase Richardson!
After about 10 games into the college season, I posted that I bet we take Jase, and I didn't want him. That was eyriq's guy early on.
The only other time I had that feeling was about Franz. I saw him dominating Scottie in the NCAA tournament, and I thought, oh no, we're going to pick Franz. He grew on me.

He'll probably end up being Anfernee Simons with better defense.

Undersized scoring guard, I am surprised the comparisons to Allen Iverson haven't been made

Re: #25: Welcome to Orlando, Jase Richardson!
Trying to not limit my comparisons to lefties, what about something like a Jason Terry. Which is a lofty ceiling because Jason Terry had a heck of a career.
11/18/2017 - I have officially disowned Nikola Vucevic and branded him a loser.
- Skal Labissiere was my guy in 2016 pre-trade. Whoops, but I still believe.
- Malik Monk was my guy in 2017. Whoops(?)
- Mo Bamba was my guy in 2018. TBD.

Lol, I think Killmonger meant Jared, but this got a chuckle out of me.

Hopefully in terms of type of play and not personality.

Jase 6'6" WS 8'2.5" SR 178.4 lbs
Suggs 6'6" WS 8'3" SR. 205 lbs
Cole 6'4.5" WS 7'11" SR 190 lbs
Tyus 6'5" WS 8'1" SR 196 lbs
John McCain 6'3.5" WS 8'2" SR 203 lbs
I think Jase has more defensive upside than Cole did. It'll probably take Jase a couple of years to add muscle.
