Clippers have 2x 1sts (plus swaps) they can trade (very sexy being they are from old team and from when Giannis would threat to be gone). Their 1st round pick from this year. And bunch of vets (Collins, Brogdon, DJJ). That offer is way better than your Knicks offer.

Nope just one starter MAX and likely not KAT. Because remember the Knicks don't need Gianiss, but Giannis only wants New York. So it comes down to the Bucks risking losing him for nothing or take what the Knicks give them.

Giannis isn’t a one year rental. He has this year and next year. Plus he does not have a no trade clause. Teams will offer more that what you are claiming from Knicks for two years of Giannis - and hope he falls in love while forgetting New York.

Lakers and Warriors for example can offer better deal than your from Knicks. Would Giannis really leave one of those situations.

For the sake of genuine discussion, could the Knicks afford to sign Giannis to an extension if he was traded to them without sacrificing at least 2 of Bridges/OG and KAT who are on big money under the current cap/luxury tax strings?

On the other hand I feel like the Knicks may disappoint/undeachieve this season under Mike Brown and Giannis may look elsewhere to try ring chase (possibly Houston) ?
