Rob not good enough for NBA, Mike should not start....i'm glad they do not manage the Wolves! Nothing to worry for me, just warm up. The good surprise is Hyland, he is not perfect but make an impact and do his best to earn min in the rotation.

In general, I agree. What we've seen so far really hasn't changed my opinions. The interesting thing to monitor will be how aggressive the front office wants to be to address point guard. To this point, they really haven't been.

I love Juzang too. Sharp shooter but i'm not surprised. As a Jazz follower, i see him plenty games shooting well. Him and Hyland may have a chance to play some minutes this year. Which is a good things. I would like a 10-11 men rotation for a large part of the season.

Tristan Newton has been a rough watch, he definitely needs a lot of time to grow.

The Rob Dillingham vs. Bones Hyland comparison right now is like comparing a 20-year old second-year player with a 25-year old fifth-year player.

And at 24, I doubt he'll ever get the time or resources fully invested in him.

Not really the question. The question is who is more ready to play 9th man now. Rob probably belongs in Iowa and Bones probably belongs in China.

You think Bones looks worse than Rob? That's wild!

Rob need more time. He need to understand than rushing his play is not the best way. He got to learn to be more smart and know when you have to play fast and when you have to settle down. He will learn but need time and the hard part for him is that he is playing in a team who want to win now so learning process is hard. If he were playing for the Jazz 20 min every night he would have been much better already. The good news is that Hyland seems to be able to contribute ( need to be confirmed) in case Rob struggle. And Juzang as well.

You misunderstood. Rob is only 20, he gets time in Iowa. Bones is not NBA quality and probably not worth a roster spot. His defense and size worry me.

Why did they give Johnson the last shot?

Most experienced player on the floor?

Imagine living a life where you are staying up late on a worknight to watch overtime preseason basketball. Only us freaks!

Dammit, they couldn't do anything with that squad at the end.

The only real losers in that game were Wright and Clark who both got hurt. Also TJ with the soft tissue injury. Everyone else just sort of tied. We took overtime so seriously we used one two way and four camp bodies.
