I doubt anybody remembers the 1996/1997 Montreal Expos/

But Anthony Santander's, stature, stance and swing is an exact replica of "Oh" Henry Rodriguez at the plate.
I'll run to the corner sotre and eat a whole box of Oh Henry's tonight if Santander hits a home run here.

Good pitch, I was expecting Williams to go with his split as he usually does in a big spot and so was Santander

Shoulda rolled with Loperfido. Better defense, and no rust unlike Santander.
Nick Nurse recounting his first meeting with Kawhi:
“We could have gone forever. (Raptors management) kept knocking on the door and I was like, ‘A couple more minutes.’ Because we were really into it."

Yeah. That’s what they’re all saying…. All the New York Yankees can’t hit a sinker. And the leaguejust found out yesterday!

Truth is Gausman got through game 1 pitching pretty well and with some smoke and mirrors. It’s the Yesavage sinker that they can’t hit.

Splitter

It’s the splitter they can’t hit, all of their numbers all year suggest that

Never mind the fork ball!

He’s had great ABs in both games he’s played in and probably had the biggest hit of the game tonight for us

So no

Santander should be on the bench with his buddy IKF for tomorrow and Game 5. His fluke hit aside, he gives you nothing offensively and defensively.

There’s a world in which Santander had the game winning hit tonight btw if we had any pitching worth a damn after Gausman and Yesavage
