Like, I'm not saying you can't be successful as a QB with a bad team your rookie year, but especially bad line play and uncreative playcalls can really lead to bad habits developing which take years to correct, regardless of talent
Especially seeing how many QBs are having resurgences well into their careers the past few seasons. It's not a talent issue, it's a development issue.
They have been horrible at managing the roster. That Slayton signing for 3/$36mil looks pretty bad and was pointless to have both Jameis and Russ especially if they were open to Dart playing. Could have used that money more wisely for sure. Its a really good sign that Dart has looked good in this mess.
