He won't be a free agent till 2027, why would we trade him now?

I’d only approve a Kessler trade.

And you'll never pry him away from the Jazz as long as picks hoarder Ainge is in charge.

Deuce has very high value? Then the Knicks should just trade him straight up for that malcontent Giannis with KAT as salary matching filler.

Wake up Rosie!!!

We wouldn't. This is crazy talk. Teams wanting McBride need to cough up 2 FRPs to start the bidding!!

This is the one I want....

1.CAA
2.Perfect complement/counterbalance to KAT
3.Great insurance for Mitchell's health risk and can play Mitch less minutes.

Edit: NVM all I saw was Kessler.

i was about to say huh??? lauri and kat are almost the exact same player lol

Lauri is a lot different. Dude is much quicker (off ball and putting it on the floor), more athletic, great at coming off screens and hitting catch n shoot 3’s, etc… Towns is a better defender, passer, a much better rebounder, and a much better inside scorer.

Only thing they have in common is their height and 3pt shooting ability.

That being said, there’s no way we get Lauri.. Ainge’s price tags are ridiculous. He’s not the best fit for what we need anyway.

Given what Deuce makes and our financial situation, he should be untradeable.

If we’re looking to get picks, I’d be fine with dumping French Knox for a 2nd or two and keeping Shamet n Brogdon.

Honestly wouldn’t mind waiving poor man’s JR Smith either and signing Malik Beasley.

Jalen | Brogdon | Kolek
Mikal | Deuce | Shamet
OG | Beasley | Matthews
KAT | Hart | Tosan (TW)| Diawara
Mitch | Yabu | Huk | Jemison (TW)

I’d be good with this going into the season..

Deuce wouldn't be traded straight up. He'd be a piece of an upgrade. I.e. maybe he recoups some picks we can package with Towns for Giannis. With how good Brogdon looks in preseason we may be a little stacked at guard.

Deuce has one of the best salaries in the league. There's no 1 for 1 that makes sense unless we're getting a really good rookie scale guy back.

Every team in the NBA has a backup guard as good as Deuce or better

Unless the Mormon connection is strong, isn't it about time for Utah fans to ask what has Ainge accomplished? Aren't they still bottom dwellers after losing Mitchell and Gobert???

Yeah Deuce is the type of high value player a team would want as a sweetener in a Superstar trade.

He took a perennial contender and dismantled it piece by piece and still isn't bad enough to tank or good enough to make the playoffs. Just a shyt show in a city no one wants to play for.

KD is an amazingly talented player who does not have a winning character. He has sabotaged his own legacy despite his skills. I wouldn't take advice from him on just about any topic other than shooting. So yeah, Lauri. Right, KD.
