I dont think its his fault they couldn't hit the side of a barn tonight. But you can see how some of them are trying to adjust to a new way of playing while the Wolves are already familiar and had a chip on their shoulders..

Thibs ran a play every game. ISO Brunson or ISO Randle. That was his play calling essentially.

Not only that but it looks like Matthews has a nice connection with Kolek. Might be a good guy to keep around if Kolek is still in the plans.

Missed most of the 2nd half but I'm highly impressed thus far. The players are constantly moving and i dont think we've seen Mitch out there as engaged on the offensive side ever. He touches the ball ever time at this point which is good because I recall him saying that he's not out there for cardio. Brown was a concern for me but thus far I can't complain yet. Let's see what the season holds but this team is too deep to not go deep in the playoffs.

I mean…surely people realized that with the way Josh hart played SO MUCH and started the ENTIRE season despite making so many boneheaded plays and killing us on both ends

You either had the longest leash on earth with thibs or you got pulled for the slightest mistake. No in between

I respect that Brown has more players involved on his sets than Thibs, but not buying this starting lineup wins anything of value.

The sets for the starting lineup look like Mitch setting apick up high that doesn’t work, followed by 3 DHO that look like some weak variation of the Princeton offense, and eventually a contested 3.

Mitch can’t dribble, pass or shoot. He gonna bog things down until he gets injured. This starting lineup will look worse than anything Thibs trotted out. The bench will rescue them every game
