In the old days guys would throw 120-130 pitches in a game this big if they were dominating like that.

Randy Johnson threw 125 pitches in a complete game 24 years ago this week in the Arizona playoff run

I guess it’s physically impossible for Skubal to pull that off though, he would die if he threw another few pitches
