Does John Schneider pull Trey early, if he's in a similar situation as Gausman?

Glad we went to that bullpen early! Not predictable at all…

Your strategy has obviously been working.

Schneider has a chance to watch what the Tigers did with Skubal and his own game 1 blunder. he has enough information. He doesn’t learn. Fire Schneider.

Trey wasn’t good today no matter how you want to sugarcoat it with excuses

Schneider did nothing that nobody else wouldn’t have in that spot today and Trey isn’t Tarik Skubal

We know Trey isn’t Tarik. That’s not a reason to pull him.

Struggling all game with command and getting hit by the top of the order guys twice in the same game might be

easy to blame vlad but at least he's playing. schneider/barger vs santander/bichette. that's the difference.

Was always gonna end this way

What's surprising is all those times Greg Maddux was allowed to go through batting orders 3 times. What were they thinking?

lol gotta be the dumbest take of the series

He was up in big spots both games and has no hits lol

Biggest at bat tonight was first inning after tying it up was Varsho. Down the middle , he got a weak fly ball.

Last game, Varsho and Kirk left the most men on base. Kirk had poor blocking on a pitch in the dirt yday that cost the jays a run. And stolen bases galore that has been a problem for a while now.

Gimenez made a bad error where a slightly above average shortstop makes that play and probably Bo 9/10 times.

Schneider put in Varland at the wrong time. He got lucky against Julio.

Lots of blame to go around.

Varsho certainly hasn't made good reads tonight
But he has also.saved the team a ton of runs defensively thru the year.

They’re also just a much better team than us, offense is comparable and pitching is far better

Detroit choking that game may have cost a WS appearance

Varsho and Gimenez making defensive mistakes, Vladdy is suddenly only capable of hitting choppers 100 MPH into the ground, none of our pitchers are hitting their spots, Seattle is finding every open hole with soft contact while we’re smoking balls right into their outfielders’ gloves. We’re cooked.

Jays bring in their best reliever when they are down 7-3. NIce.

Hopefully Varland is ready for Game 3. He'll be the first reliever they call, no doubt.

Varland will start game 4

Unless I guess we want to throw Scherzer in the elimination game, which would be absurd
