Wes did color commentary for a few Marquette games last year. Was obvious it was new for him, but he's a good talker and gave some pretty good analysis. I think he will be pretty good at it after some seasoning.

And he definitely loves the Bucks, Marquette and being back in town.

Having a teammate of Giannis from those highly competitive years will bring some gold along with it.

Not going to be too down on Bobby because it's pre-season, but with the way we want to play now, I'm wondering if Kuzma in that backup 4 spot makes more sense now and using Bobby as trade bait instead. Kuz speed just seems to work better with the way we're playing.

Kuz will be the back up 4 but Portis will be the back up 5. Bobby definitely has to wake up but Kuz and Bobby have similar issues but Bobby is a slightly better shooter. The issue with Portis is that there are not many back up bigs as good as him and definitely not that many that can shoot from 3.

It's definitely an issue but some of that is reps. Giannis has had similar miscues but Giannis is Giannis. Hopefully, the best version of Kuz and Portis shows up and Portis gets used to being the back up 5 more this year.

If the Bucks were smart they would hire the lead scouting assistants from OKC and Memphis, then let them find some wing players in the draft or undrafted. Smh

Our fast pace and 3-point volume was not some training camp BS.

It’ll make for some frustrating nights when we’re cold from outside but it’s a step in the right direction with our personnel.
