Because they are not moving enough around to get open. Only yaks screen are creating a little bit of space to operate at all.

Essentially, everybody is waiting for the ball, but dont bring themselves in a good position.

I remember reading about Dwight comparisons and I can definitely see them. If only he was as good though in his role. It's sucks tbh, I hope he can turn it around for our teams sake or we find some good deal for us.
