I do not think Schneider is stupid enough to not bring Bieber back out for the next inning.

I think Bo or Popkins said something to Vlad.Last time he was in a slump like this he couldn,t get out of it because he was exhausted near the end of the season.Maybe he figured it out himself.

I watched a wildcard game 3 years ago.
Jays were up 8-1 against the mariners in the 5th inning and lost game
Nightmares of Tom Mayza serving meatballs in the ninth

I watched that same game, too..what a coincidence

Jays would have won that series if Gurriel did not get hurt at the worst time. It meant playing a garbage Tapia in both games, and he looked like a clown defensively in that 8-1 Chokejob.

Took the bat out of Vlad’s hands by putting Straw in at cleanup

Myles Straw hitting cleanup, as according to the prophecy...
Nick Nurse recounting his first meeting with Kawhi:
“We could have gone forever. (Raptors management) kept knocking on the door and I was like, ‘A couple more minutes.’ Because we were really into it."

I was there but that team did have Tapia

Up 8-1 and JBJ isnt subbed in for defense lol

Schneider had to get Tapia in that game

Needed someone to botch some plays and strikeout

If Straw is going to replace Santander in the game then you can't bat him cleanup. Might as well just move Kirk there and push Santander down to 6th or 7th to avoid situations like this.
