That same sentence could have been posted at pretty much any time in the past 3 years and it would be true ;)
Nothing wrong with having a different opinion - as long as it's done respectfully. It'd be lame if we all agreed on everything :)

Just cuz it's been a while and the season hasn't officially started, lol

BOS: Gafford, J Carter
CHI: Baylor, Simons
DAL: White, Phillips (or other really small $ filler)

CHI obviously needs some picks. Couple 2nds from us, a first from DAL????

Cs get another rotation big to backup Queta and push Garza down to 3rd string where he should be. Get a 3rd string PG in Carter.
DAL gets scoring/some creation.
Bulls get picks.

Horford made a mistake.

Not with leaving the Celtics. That’s understandable, even forgivable.

But why join the aging Warriors instead of OKC, Nuggets, or even the Rockets??

He’s gonna get destroyed by the bigs in the West, playing center 95% of the time.

The only 1 of those teams that had any reported interest in signing Al was Denver. But on Denver he probably would have just been Jokic's backup..would have had a lesser role with Jokic and Gordon playing heavy mins ahead of him.

Plus Denver went and got Valanciunas instead so they no longer had a need.

Better weather in GS, bigger role and probably more $ too.

Warriors are aging but after they traded for Butler I think they had like best record in the league..Butler, Steph and Draymond is a pretty formidable big 3 along with Al and other good players like Hield, Podz, etc. They have a bunch of vets all teaming up for 1 more shot at a ring. I get it.

They're at least going for it. Al saw Tatum in a boot and then Jrue and KP traded so it was understandable he figured we probably weren't gonna win a ring this year..

Al will be like Jason Terry joining the Cs in 2012-13.

It will not end well for Al and GSW.

Injuries will be what will doom GSW.

Return to Boston Celtics
