I wish him well. I wanted Delon Wright to be signed instead of Brogdon, not as good offense but healthier and better D. But I guess he would have been in a similar squeeze with Shamet and others to make the team.

Poor Wright, he was signed by Pacers on a training camp deal, got a head injury in the first preseason game, and they waived him to sign Cam Payne instead. The NBA is brutal for the guys on the margins

We had a bad vibe after the first game of the season last year and then proceeded to have mediocre vibes throughout the regular season and then made it further than we had in 25 years in the playoffs.

So maybe things like that don't matter over the long run.
