4/45 is so much better than I thought this would be. I was sure we were staring down 4/60.

I saw a role as a PJ Tucker type with worse defense, but we never saw him get a chance in non-garbage minutes with a good supporting cast to potentially validate that. He has been the one of the noticeably competent players in the last couple of years in the SL and G-League, however.

AJ got the same contract as Sam Hauser. Absolute steal for Horst. Both considerably less than Duncan Robinson.

Excellent move. Hope there's no PO in the final year.

Solid deal

Anyone talking about Spencer Dimwiddie? Might be worth the signing?

The final piece to a very good off-season. Thank you Horst.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

When AJ is 16/3/3 on 40% from 3 this will look like the best contract in the NBA

yes, on paper he makes sense, but he doesn't fit what we are trying to build. I do believe that part of the goal right now heavily relies on fit and chemistry.
I'd still do it as a break in case of emergency vet.

4/45 is a solid deal. I think he probably could've gotten closer to $60M with a good season. I just hope he shows more consistency and awareness on defense.
