If the best hitter in baseball right now on a heater can’t hit Matt Brash, I would consider that it might be because Matt Brash is a ridiculously good pitcher

Might just be me though

Springer hit him just fine. And hes nowhere near as hot as Vlad. Vlad just choked. Love what he's done this postseason but that was a horrific at bat.

Brash hung a slider right down the middle to Springer

You might notice he didn’t do that to Vlad and located perfectly, great pitches from Brash

Heck of a time to get Woo in.
Nick Nurse recounting his first meeting with Kawhi:
“We could have gone forever. (Raptors management) kept knocking on the door and I was like, ‘A couple more minutes.’ Because we were really into it."

Well he threw ball 4 twice to Vlad, first one was way off the plate. So, not sure if those are great pitches or just a great result.

He also hasn’t pitched for over a month, and their best pitchers Kirby and Castillo got rocked.
