Realistically, you don't feel comfortable with anyone in that situation. We really needed add on runs this game and left too many out there.

The offense was fine today. We made good contact and Ernie had a homer stolen the top of the inning. Just didn't get enough balls to drop.

You expect to go into the 8th inning with a 2-1 lead with most of your top relievers rested hoping to win.

I would've gone with Hoffman and if we lose, we lose. But at least you don't lose with Little.

If Hoffman blew the game id be equally mad but id understand the process I mean we did it yday. John managed scared and got what he deserved. If you dont trust Hoffman there than why has he been the closer all year.

Going little is just mind numbing the books been out on him for months

he only trusts Varland if there is anyone in the pen he trusts. Varland also has the best "Stuff" of the bullpen.

Guys I’m not watching game 6 I’m honestly depressed. It’s been a great season, so sad we wasted a legendary vladdy postseason run we may never see anything like this again… glad to see so much life on the boards it felt like the raptors board in a good way. he's been pretty decent in the Sept/ Oct. Little has been way worse.

I’m not arguing that using Little was the right move

I’m arguing that Hoffman isn’t the right choice either there (and he’s been bad if you look past the results and how he’s actually been pitching)

Dominguez wasn’t any better

He may have been better than Little with the bases empty and was good yesterday.

Yes, he sucked royally too but he gave up a HR to a RHB not what your all knowing play the percentages strategy would have predicted.

Basically, anyone over Little except maybe Fisher who I also have 'little' faith in.

I mean it would hard to be worse than Little was but using Dominguez against 3 straight LHBs is a horrible idea given his splits

A wonky wild pitcher is worse than NOT playing the percentages I agree. Dominguez was less horrible. I'd call it semi-horrible/risky. But better than using Little.
