I really thought this was the year. It should have been.

Yelich is Joey Ortiz. Incredible development.

Hope he pays back the fall guy he got thrown in jail for his secret gambling.

He gave the Angels 6 years to build a team around him when his salary was cheap ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Yeah, but he could have gone to any other competitive team during his free agency and leveled them up. Say he went to Toronto, yeah, they are good now, but he also gives them staying power to stay good for a while. Do the Dodgers really need that on top of every other player they buy?

Sure if Toronto offered him 10/$700 million. I guess can't fault him for taking the highest offer.

I don’t think Yelich could be more anti-clutch in the playoffs if he actively tried

I can't imagine any team, even big markets, taking on his $70 million. Mark would have to pay a chunk. He won't.

Interesting. Discounting the weird 60 game Covid year the Dodgers hadn't won a title in over 30 years. But they had won 100+ each of the 3 seasons before he signed so I get your point.

Losing a competitive series would have been tough but this is just embarrassing.

Did Yelich get a ball out of the infield in this series? I can't remember one.

I can't understand it. Maybe a recurrence of the back thing.

Congrats to the Brewers having fewer hits than the Dodgers had runs in this series.

I get emotions are high after being swept. But this Brewers team is right up there with 2018 as the most fun of my life. They may not have won the World Series but this was an incredible season. So many new faces stepped up this year. 2025 will forever hold a special place in my memory
Coach Drew: "Milwaukee has always been a team that I have been intrigued by. When we played them, they were a tough team for us to play. Although we did beat them all four times"

I didn't watch most of the series. After a 160+ games it's pretty easy to see when the team is in a hitting slump they won't get out of.

This summer was a total blast. Hope they have it in them next year.

Season was very fun and we still have so far to go if we ever want to win a world series title.

Keep me interested until Packers training camp starts is what I ask for. They certainly did that.

Worst thing to come out of this series was Cubs fans chirping from the couch. Just re-affirms how much I hate that **** city and people. The "Wrigley North" trolls can dish it, but they get ribbed back and see one flag and lose their **** minds.

It really is amazing that the Brewers had their best team ever and in the close out game of a sweep a dude pitched six shutout innings and hit three dongs.

I mean, like, what even in the hell are you supposed to do with that? Literally the best night anyone has ever had or will have.
