i'm glad our award winning health team has input on how we pace our players. mitch is someone we need in the playoffs. i think hukporti looks ready to fill in the gaps for us to facilitate that pacing

I'm not sure this board is prepared for how little this team will care about optimizing for the 82 game regular season.

If Brown is doing his job right, the regular season will be a series of experiments for the playoffs.

Still unsure if they really have the personnel to play fast consistently. There's not much youth and athleticism in this core group. The team also seems more skewed to the offensive side so i'm not sure how easy it will be to push pace if they aren't getting stops.

They are playing faster than they did last year at least. None of the main rotation guys were over 100 and now they all are. Still small sample size but if they can keep it up it will still be a big help for the offense.

Hey Knicks fam — I’ve been lurking on this board forever, checking it multiple times a day, but rarely post. Just had to jump in because I’m really excited about this season, and one guy in particular: Mohamed Diawara.

For all the old heads out there, Diawara gives me serious Bo Outlaw vibes. If you don’t know Outlaw, hit YouTube — hustle guy, long arms, rebounds, dunks, runs the floor like a maniac. That’s Diawara right now. His floor might be Bo Outlaw, and that’s already a keeper in my book.

But here’s the twist — Diawara’s got a more refined offensive game. He’s not just a hustle-and-dunk guy. There’s some polish there, and that’s where the ceiling starts to rise. I’m also getting flashes of Trevor Ariza in his movement and defensive instincts. If he develops that jumper and keeps grinding, we might have something special.

So yeah — I’m officially christening him Mo Outlaw. Let’s see if it sticks

How many wins are you guys willing to sacrifice for this experimentation? I can understand if we’re locked into our seed like we were last year but I’d hate to miss out on home court in the ECF’s to see more Dadiet or Diawara minutes.
