This is the best he’s looked in a while. Probably because of all the extra rest. Let’s risk it all the day before a game 7 when you already have a 4 run lead

Question is - will he be effective

You have a 4 run lead here. May be 1 or 2 run lead tomorrow with a tired Hoffman

Hoffman fell off when we started using him in 6 out appearances. Exactly what we are doing tonight in a 4 run game.
