I know a lot of people were high on him.

What happened to that guy? I thought he was a lock to be a good scorer. At least off the bench?

Hawks gave up on him, but I expected Nets would give him a chance. He must have had a terrible showing in the training camp.

For them to not even want to keep his contract for trades and to just eat the dead money instead, yeah he must have been awful.

- Containing Porzingis as a scorer and shooting threat
- Defending Porzingis by going small and using defensive options like Barnes and CMB against him, which forces him to be an interior scorer
- Using our transition offense and finding our shooters earlylike IQ, RJ, Ingram, and Dick

What do you think the keys to the game will be?

literally any game day

a win here would be great

I have to wonder if it would have been good for the development of our offense if Scottie had played all the pre-season games instead of just the last one. He was a corpse up until that last game. He may have been nursing an injury but if not I have to say that's kind of garbage of him. I also realize he might have lead every drill in camp and just be exhausted. It could be any number of things.
The good thing about BI is he can shoot over defenders.

I feel I should put it on the record since it's coming up, that I was never a Bufkin guy.

I was actually a Gradey guy and Taylor Hendricks guy.

I also always had a feeling Amen would be the better Thompson twin, but I wasn't particularly high on either in their draft years.

This is the least ive cared for a Raptors season opener and its all because of the Jays.

Maybe today's my last day of not caring or maybe that'll last for another 2 weeks... we'll find out shortly lol.

Since world series game 1 is Friday, I feel like after tonight Raptors interest will increase either way lol

Agreed. This season completely snuck up as I have been so invested in the Jays lately, and even in the summer the Roughriders (CFL!?!?!?!) have been good as well.

Not often my summer teams are worth watching
What an absolute failure and disaster this franchise is, ran by one of the most incompetent front offices in the league.
