Lauer could get an inning, really it's Fluharty, Fisher and Dominguez tonight. If really needed Hoffman for 1 inning. JUST NOT LITTLE! :banghead:

i would be okay with giving a few innings to Bassitt if necessary too.

I expect Kirby to be on a short leash and as soon as he gets lit up for a couple of runs...then the bullpen takes over for Seattle and that could be bad for the Jays as Seattle's bullpen has been pretty strong.

On the other side...I hope that as long as Bieber has a lead to protect that they will ride him as long as they can. We probably see Bassitt/Scherzer/Gausman/Yesavage instead of our shaky bullpen.

We have hit their starters better than their relievers. However if we can get 4-5 runs early against Kirby and he gets the hook, I will take that too.

Schneider needs to trust the veteran starters if they are pitching well, especially with our bullpen being completely unpredictable.

It wasn’t long ago many of us (myself included) felt this franchise was going nowhere. I mean the Dodgers are ridiculously stacked so i can’t be disappointed at all whatever happens but this has been incredible feel good story.
2019 Eastern Conference All Stars

Derozan
Lowry

Valanciunas
Van Vleet
Delon Wright
Lebron
Embiid

There are only 2 teams in the league that rank in the top 6 in offensive and defensive efficiency: the Golden State Warriors and the Toronto Raptors.

We get our second best player back hopefully, that will help our chances.
