I do somewhat feel for Seattle fans though. The Mariners are the most cursed franchise for sure. Let's not even begin to compare our franchise to theirs in terms of heartbreak. We got 2 championships and 3 World Series trips, they have 0 WS appearances.

Epic legendary game.

With the offence floundering they manage to hit a 3 run homerun to take a 1 run lead with the maligned/beleaguered closer shutting down the Mariners in the ninth with 3 strikeouts.
