ayton will confound luka/lebron the unconfoundables
ayton will end up in the phillipino league, and be arrested several times for dui

Bron will retire - I can see that happen. Already with an early injury, I think it's possible his body will tell him it's time and he'll finally have big fall.

KD playing for 6 more seasons... I seriously doubt that. I also doubt he can sustain his level of play. History of injuries, a lot of missed games in his career... even if he playis 6 more seasons he's still too far from Bron. 10.000 points is a lot of points man. He's 36. If he puts 1500 points for the next 4 seasons it looks sort of an over achievement and that would put him at 36500, needing 4000 points over 40 years old... Someone might actually pass LeBron, but I highly doubt that man is Kevin Durant.

Ayton failling... yeah I can see that happen. His defense and rebounding are not good enough and when you have Luka as the motor players need to contribute in other areas at high level, scoring some points only won't be enough.

Its hard to imagine KD declining anytime soon, last season he averaged 26.6ppg .527 field .430 threes, so there is good chance he'll still be scoring over 20ppg at age 43.
His health is a lot easier to manage now (and he played 75 games and 62 games most recently), because he's focused on shooting more than ever, instead of driving... plus he won't have to work as hard defensively in Houston, whereas Phoenix needed him to play defense.

I would add .. What else is he going to do? That guy is 100% obsessed with being a hoop head, often renting a late night gym for himself in the middle of road back-to-backs. He only loves basketball, and with his frame, mentality and skill set, he can be a useful player for a long time.

Mazzulla is going to have a post-Lebron like Ty Lue bump where people start realizing "holy ****, he wasn't just riding coattails, he's actually a good coach"

Would love to see the Jrue part, he seems such a nice guy, and I like Portland too much because of Portugal the Man lol.

My boldish predictions:

Ace Bailey will win ROY
Victor Wembanyama will win MVP/DPOY and will record a quadruple double at some point during the season
Zion Williamson will play 65+ games
The Mavericks will miss the playoffs (injuries)
The Hawks will be a top 3 seed in the East
Wheels fall of the geezer Warriors and they are a lower seeded play-in team
LeBron James will not make an All-NBA team
Joel Embiid will be traded at some point during the season

GSW wins the NBA Championship. Al Horford proves to be the perfect antidote to the Warriors' big-man woes & an especially additive piece that raises the ceiling and provides substantive Championship equity.

Maybe not that bold?

Spo getting fired lol. He can go 0-82 and that wont happen.

Barring injuries Heat will have a good season 45+ wins

Spo won't see the season out as Heat coach.

Spo being fired is definitely one of the boldest I've seen in this thread. Even if the Heat fail big time he still took em very far with rosters that shouldn't have made it. I think he has enough credit to be below expectations two seasons in a row and not getting fired.

Or do you feel Spoelstra doesn't want to be the HC anymore?

I just a feeling massive changes will come to The Heat this season. I just feel like he probably Spo may need he needs a coaching break and or change of environment. Just a gut feeling
