I don't have a problem with having a vet or two that can role model professional behaviors from winning franchises. But, if he gets traded that's fine too, lol.

I appreciate the candid analysis from Peterson on the acquisition. How much did Dinwiddie disappoint for this to transpire?

Hornets were paid two picks for Connaughton, who they were expecting to cut if they couldn't flip him basically immediately by himself elsewhere. They were not really even thinking about keeping him on the roster as a salary combining asset. Went ahead and signed his replacement to a vet minimum, who was so much worse at "controlling controllables" that he got cut instead. I hope he doesn't play much because the roster looks saturated at his position, but if Micic magic is turned into Connaughton controlled controllables and 2 2nds, that's a win.
