Hub KAT is how we maximize our offense. I'm just not sure he can be trusted to make the right decision.

He'll manage minutes better but our offense is gonna look archaic on some phil jackskon sht. Our pace was worse than euro league teams in the pre season

What is even going on?

Everybody just either fragile physically or emotionally. Can’t even tell if injuries are due to hurt body parts or hurt feelings. We are coming off as soft, fragile and dysfunctional.

Plus the Giannis cloud is still hanging over their heads

Bad vibes all around

Hate to disappoint everyone (who am I kidding) but Mo Diawara isn't going to play a single second tonight.

It was honestly a great boogeyman. Fizdale is a silly one. Nelson was legit a good coach and actually ahead of his time with his tactics but a total failure of a hire.

i'm no amateur at this

and, i think the comparison fits. it's a coach that doesn't connect with how the players here play, gritty physical, and will try to implement a style of play that doesn't really fit the players. nelson wanted to take the ball out of pat's hands more and brown wants to do the same with brunson. mikal will play the mason role in this drama and he'll be happy he gets to handle the ball more which will eventually lead to us trading him for the modern era version of lj.

this is quite good actually, does anybody know how to self publish a book ?

Capn'O wrote:If there is something that he doesn't like, I wonder what it is. The little I saw him in the preseason he was in the post and PnR more... which he kinda should be. Those straight line drives from 3 he did last year... I hated those. He looked like he was gonna get hurt for one and once KAT gets in motion he NEVER passes. Using him as a hub would help the offense a lot imo.

He’s already lost Mike browns respect :o but seriously I do think that Mitch got used more than him in dribble hand offs but than him but that’s really all I got.

This is where it falls apart. Our 2024 roster was that. The roster with KAT and Mikal less so and a few of us, myself and yourself included, pointed to that mismatch at the beginning of last season. We moved to a different roster style before changing coaching. While we still have some pieces for a stout defense the pieces themselves play a more finesse style of play. And we have the pieces to give Brunson some relief. Major secondary offensive weapons. We didn't with Pat. If Brown fails it's more of an indictment on him than Nelson's failure was. It's not an indictment on a style of play because we already had a mismatch of talent to coach with Thibs somehow still winning with it.

And if Mikal can be a major piece moved for Giannis, Brown's tenure here would be a huge success.

On his Facebook page it looks like he’s going through a relationship breakup with his recent posts.

I know I shouldn't make fun of him but man.. when are we going to learn. If he is really the X factor... that's not a good bet.

It was pretty ugly. So how long do you think it'll take before this board turns on Brown? If we're at .500 after 20 games, I think we'll be able to see some cracks in the wall. Maybe begin to hear some murmuring and boos at the Mecca.
