Bigger problem is roster construction, it is hard to field a team without having even a back-up capable Point-Guard on the roster.

I love Mike Conley, but he would be best served as a third-string stabilizer, at this point in his career.

Bones in. Dilly is the end of the pine kind of guy I guess. He should be in Iowa if that's the case. He can't ply his trade riding the bench.
