Suggs
Franz
Wendell

Wendell's statline was still bad, but when you can point to 3 of his plays saving our butts at the end he needs some recognition.

Wendell was awful in the first three quarters, but he had 4 offensive rebounds in the 4th quarter that directly led to 7 of his 9 points.

Vest - Wendell Carter Jr.
Our Starters never won the battle versus the Heat starters with two-way problems, but most of the damage done by the Heat was from backcourt vs backcourt and forwards vs forwards. As in, I found 'Dell's defense and rebounding at the 5/4 to be good. In the 4th, 'Dell even flipped the script completely with crazy offensive rebounds and clutch FT's, finishing with 5-5 FT's and 5 offensive boards. His aggressiveness and confidence carried over from Pre-season, and as the big man, if his 3 ball gets to 33% moving forward, that's already going to be great for the team. Unleash 'Dell, get him into his midrange hot spots and a few post plays too. We need this kind of 'Dell!

Cummerbund - Tristan Da Silva
Again, our Starters never won the battle versus the Heat starters with two-way problems. The Magic bench built the biggest Magic lead of the game, and Tristan himself was the real Heat momentum-breaker in the first part of the pivotal 4th quarter. He was a per-minute scoring monster all game long with solid defense. Just such a smooth, smooth scorer, he and Jase were the ones looking like budding stars from the bench in Preseason, and it carried forward for TDS.

Mittens - Franz Wagner
As much as I wanted to give it to Suggs, Bane, or Paolo for slightly bigger 4th quarters, Franz picks up the Mittens. He was the #1 star player in my book tonight, and he was why the Magic were even that close in the game to take the win back.
Wild that Paolo reached the same 24 points as Franz from being an All-NBA 1st Team player in terms of "Can't stop my freight train drives and FT's". In Paolo's poor-man's LBJ fashion, he snuck into a team-leading 8 pts for the 4th quarter too.
Absolutely wild to see us shoot almost 39% from 3 as a team, led by none other than Bane's team-leading three 3's (tied with TDS).
Suggs is a fire starter, protect him to be 100% for the Playoffs! And he really has the offensive skill sets to be a 4th type of scorer near 16-20 PPG! Suggs can drive, shoot, fadeaway, everything, better than people think!

I have to say Suggs too. Wendell did alot at the end, overcame a shi**y game, but Franz and then Desmond for my other two

Bane
Franz
Paolo

That order.
Wendell was awful until the end.
Suggs’ bad fouls early and minutes restriction are why I left him out.

Going to defend my top two votes a little here since it's different to everyone else's

Magic got down by 7 and 8 like three times in the 4th quarter. TDS helped break that Heat momentum and cut it down twice those first two times before being taken out. Basically a team-leading +/- in the 1st Half as well. And the most potent Magic scorer on a per-minute basis. Gave the returning Starters lead cushions in all the other quarters.

Mainly though, why the Vest for 'Dell? This is why.
WCJ had 7 pts, 6 reb (4 off reb), 1 stl, 1 blk, 5-5 FT, 1-1 FG all in the 4th quarter ALONE.
Including 5 straight points to take it from 110-113 to a 115-113 lead, and then 2 FTMs to clutch the ACTUAL WIN more than any other Magic player (even after Bane's clutch FTs in the 4th). Oh, and off of an OFFENSIVE board in the middle of like 4 Heat players.. All of this coming from a 'Dell hater last season, hah
