Only an injury can stop him. Has there ever been a player over 7'1 that hasn't bit hit by more than average injuries? Even the athletic ones like Tyson Chandler and Derek Lively.

Edgecombe dropped 34 points on his first game. That pick should have been ours. We tanked and **** it up. This reminds me of 2012. we were deliberately tanking, Casey FAILED at that and won stupid games, and we got T.Ross. Just missed out on Lillard. CMB is nice, but I don't see him impacting the game like Edgecombe can.

So far, he's been more durable than expected outside of the DVT issue.

lol why should it be ours? Hardly any team got the pick that "should" have been theirs.

Wemby if he stays healthy might be the best player of all time.

Yeah, his ceiling is the GOAT. Expectation obviously shouldn't be that he reaches it though.

Absolutely ridiculous performance from Wemby, dude is genuinely an alien. He will be the undisputed GOAT as long as he stays healthy.

This handle from a 7'5 guy is just not fair. This is not once in a generation, this is once in human history combination of skill and physical attributes.

BTW, Masai and co decided to trade for Poeltl instead of tanking for a chance to draft this guy. We were the 8th or 9th worst team when we made that trade.

Naw, we had no chance. Embiid and George were injured. And that team had zero depth to overcome it. We just had a ridiculously hard schedule to start the year which resulted in a horrible start.

Took exactly one game to get extremely mad at this again. It's one of those terrible decisions where the existing GM should trade away Jak just to get the connection of that draft out every fans head. Instead he's just a constant reminder of what could have been.

Same, that was my dream Raptors pick.. maybe the best two way player in the draft when it's all said and done.

You guys need to let this go. We weren’t getting Wemby and how many teams actually tried to tank? I’ll give you a hint, not many. OKC, Jazz, Pacers and many others treadmilled. Pistons tried to win but stunk. Spurs treadmilled for 4 years before they realized they were never going to win.

This boards darling Magic lost to MIA without Herro
What an absolute failure and disaster this franchise is, ran by one of the most incompetent front offices in the league.

He just spent the day planting trees before the game...must have been tired for the game.
