Brooks and Ott maybe the most important team changes this offseason.

I did not like all of Dillon Brooks misses but most of them were wide open looks. It appeared to me that he was playing the Jalen Green role to create open looks for Book.

If we can keep Mark Williams healthy, the trade we made for him would be one of our best. A Williams Maluach center rotation could be very impressive in our future.

Cannot wait to see how Jalen Green works with this group.

Interesting to watch the center rotation play out in this game. Richards came in during the second quarter and the Kings went on the major run. He ended up with five minutes in the game and nothing in the second half I think. Williams and Oso will probably be the rotation until Maluach gets a year or two under his belt.

It'll do the team well to keep giving Richards minutes to build some value. I don't expect him here by the deadline. Just because we have too many centers and he's expendable. Just see if we can get a couple of 2nds back for him.

What a chase. When I watched first half , I was very disappointed. I knowing that bad shoots turn to the good but I don’t know that we won this game.

Zach Lavine brick from three in last possessions and missing FT by DDR was summary on this chokes brothers.

Great effort by Grayson in second half and first half Brooks makes that we can back to the game in second half.

We have too much centers so we should have trade one of them to PG.

We can't really expect to do the same for better teams though so the consistency needs to be there for the full 48 minutes.

Yeah I'm happy we continued to compete for the full 48 but I'm not under any pretence that coming back from 20 down is going to be something sustainable nor likely to happen often especially when we don't have the offensive talent to do it consistently. It would take elite execution to overcome the lack of offensive talent but with a young team, that's difficult.

Brooks is basically this season's Crowder. I'm sure he's a big part of the intensity and energy the team brought today, but also looks like he's never seen a shot opportunity he doesn't like.

Overall, I liked our team today, hopefully we can maintain this intensity.

Crowder's shot selection was impecable compared to Brooks.

How is he not called Dillon Bricks by the way? it's too obvious maybe?

Yeah Crowder was all 3's or on rare occasions drive and finish. I really didn't like some of the shots Brooks was taking, I would much prefer it if he just spammed 3's or drive to the basket as opposed to some of those mid range attempts he was taking.

Amare was HUGE. Arms had more muscle mass than during his playing days and combined with a few extra post-retirement kgs, he looked massive

It's great to see him back in Phoenix, along with Nash. It was also nice to see Trix and Book linked up for some event a few weeks. It's good to see a bit more of the big 3 (Trix, Stat, Nash) after they've seemingly avoided associating with Phoenix Suns like the plague during the Sarver era

Crowder was too limited on offense and that's why he didn't even try anything out of catch and shoot 3s.

In 127 games with the Suns he scored 22 ( Dillon's points yesterday) or more points just one time. He didn't have any post move or could finish in transition...but Brooks can do it.

And OK, Brooks isn't great at those skills, but good enough to do it here and there successfully when needed and with Jalen Green out we need his scoring. He can average 15 ppg with solid efficiency.
