How on earth are the PG and Brandon does not get touches in 4th. IQ got torched tonight by Cole Anthony who comes off the bench and makes 2.3 million. IQ is really a bench player but if we keep pretending he is a good player and a PG who should have the ball more then Scottie and Brandon down the stretch of games than we are cooked.
lol you really want Scottie handling the ball at PG?
Who cares who brings it up. IQ NEEDS to get off the ball right away if he has nothing cause he can't generate offense for himself or others nearly well well enough. This Scottie dribble stuff is so lame and played out.

I swear people don’t watch games.
Cole Anthony played well and hit some shots. Just because a guy he’s matched up with hits shots doesn’t mean it necessarily was because IQ played bad.
IQ is a good playmaker and protects the ball very well, and tonight was one of the only guys who could break guys down and make a play. He literally just missed free throws or else it would’ve been a great instead of just good night.
Overall - early IQ returns de promising. Hes played quite well and that’s with his main skill (shooting) being bad.
Also lol at IQ can’t finish. The guy is like shooing 70% on 2’s this year lol

He wasn't good defensively down the stretch but these are NBA players. If they get a rhythm and confidence, they can be difficult to stop. Anthony is a guy that can get going like that in those circumstances.
Basketball_Jones wrote:I mean Scottie flexing on Giannis and finishing with a mid stat line while Giannis carries his team to a W is why I really don’t like his attitude. He played on a stacked team in high school and can get away with that but now that he’s the man his bark doesn’t match his bite. Tired of it.

Yea Anthony hit some shots. It happens.
Anthony got his and IQ missed his FTs. It doesn’t mean IQ was awful lol

Yeah to me that summed up Scottie pretty well. Gets way to emotional and it negatively effects him. After that play he tried to just keep force a drive on Giannis and got nothing.
Then he seemed invisible again and floated for the rest of the game. Way to high of highs, way to low of lows. Guy needs to learn to just be steady.
yes he was... Bricked a layup point blank too.YogurtProducer wrote:canada_dry wrote:You're not taking into consideration at all how awful he was late. It.wasnt just free throws...YogurtProducer wrote:I swear people don’t watch games.

Guarantee he hits those 2 free throws and there isn’t a single complaint here.
He wasn’t “awful”.

Negative spacing and inept defenders will do that to a starting 5.
