Wembanyama with 29 points and 9 blocks in a win tonight. 9 blocks is crazy.

His plus minus is -10. Haha. What a stupid stat.

Blazers are going to make the playoffs. Their defense and depth are next level. Scoot will help their offense when he returns and I bet we see Dame Time for the playoffs.

Yeah these stats can be quite silly when used with small sample sizes. Wemby has a -7.1 on-off during these 2 regular season games. He was a +9.6 last year over 46 games and +7.0 in his rookie year over 71 games. So clearly his impact is huge. But there's just too much variance during a few game sample. Some guy Wemby isn't even guarding might get hot from three and hit 10 threes. That's 30 points "scored on Wemby" when he's on the court.

P.S. Matas has a -58.9 On-Off from that first game

Coward was super high on my list. He's looking great thus far:

For a guy with long arms, his 3pt stroke is quick and his form is very good. 1 stupid pick ahead of us! Doubt we would have drafted him though.

Me too

I was a huge fan. He came out ready to play and he reminded me of the Jimmy Butler mindset.

I just hope NOA gets stronger.

If the Bulls do, you would be complaining to much to ever hear it.

NBA fan logic we need to trade one of two best players because (Player X) one needs to shine more.

This might be the most productive rookie class I’ve seen since 2008. Pretty much every 1-7 pick has been putting up numbers with the exception of Bailey (though looked good in preseason). Coward and Queen have also looked very promising.

Harper especially looks like a future all-star. Him, Wemby and Castle are a nasty core. Reminds me of when OKC drafted Durant, Westbrook and Harden.

The jury is still out out on Demin, Boyles, and Essengue but I wouldn’t be shocked if all three turn out to be rotation players.

Lakers-Kings FT disparity, sans LeBron and Luka, is jarring.

Austin Reeves shot more free throws than the entire Kings team.

51pts, 11rbs and 9asts for Austin Reeves, was LaVine guarding him the whole time?

Strong class. I think some of the guys picked later are going to be really good too but will take more time to develop.

I am curious why no one is talking about the unnecessary injury to Nembhart. Shai looking to draw a foul then basically locked hos arm up and hyper extended. It was his shooting arm too.

When people ask what beat the 3 pointer, you can tell it was the free throw. 51 points, 22 FTs. Damn.
NBA 10 years from now will be a bunch of kids throwing themselves into their defenders.

Adam Silver is a disgrace for the game. Austin Reaves with 22 ft. bull.

Lavine and DDR are putrid. Poor Kings

Silver is shady as heck. NBA has been compared to wrestling for a while and he is only increasing those claims.

If you put those 7 guys on a single team it would be scorching the NBA's earth a couple of years from now.

Harper especially looks like a future all-star. Him, Wemby and Castle are a nasty core. Reminds me of when OKC drafted Durant, Westbrook and Harden.

The first 3 picks -- Flagg, Dylan, and VJ -- will be All Stars sooner rather than later. I wouldn't be surprised if one or more made the ASG next year. And yeah, San Antonio hit the draft jackpot.
