We need the dude back to remind us constantly that we're going to lose.

What a game 1. I have been a baseball fan for over 40 years and this is the first world series victory I have watched as a fan of a team. Was a Jays fan in the 80's, but hated them by the 1990's as I went all in on the Expos for various reasons, The 1992 and 1993 world series victories mean little to me as a fan because there were no good memories from it at the time. Took several years after 2004 to cheer for another team, but glad I did about a dozen years ago.

Wished I could have made it to a game (or at least tried for a ticket), but my ankle is bleeped right now so that was not an option.

Unlike the Yankees game 1 blowout, where we lost faith in all or lower leverage reliever, Bassitt and Lauer came in and inspired some confidence that they could be used effectively in flexible roles as the series rolls along. Whether they can or not, who knows buts its good to have some confidence in them if a starter struggles early.

I'm not sure exactly when I put teams below my user name (probably when I signed up in 2007). At that time the Jays logo was certainly not an option, and I put my favourite ball team as the Expos.

Well today in 2025, I changed my profile from the Expos to the Jays. I'll change it back later, too many good memories (despite the really bad), but it seems right now.

Lmao fanbase of a team with a billion dollar rotation and 3 mvps in their lineup talking about cheating. Tell Snell to locate his fastball next time.

Yamamoto has been their best pitcher this year by a fair margin, he’s elite and very tough to hit. Gotta try to get him out by the 6th again to attack their weakness.

Bo not in the lineup tonight. I hope he didn't tweak something yesterday. Maybe they're just going to play/start him every other game instead.

He did look pretty awful in the field and running, can’t say it’s too much of a surprise.

Hopefully he can still hit at some point.

Looks like were getting another Mad Max start Monday, should have a quick leash on him but he pitched decently in our game with them earlier this year.
