I’m not sold on Ivey yet and have a lot of love for DDV but I don’t think Detroit can pull the trigger on this unless they no longer think Ivey can become the second legit creator that Cade needs to go deep in the playoffs.

The Pistons are in development mode, and Ivey is a wild card with a potential high ceiling. They won't be trading that ceiling for a shooting specialist.
