Nah.

4 years of suck ….is 4 years of suck. I would not give a **** if he was all pro.

Being bad at your job, but you do one thing right still means you bad at your Job.

What matters for this franchise is a GM and Coach who can bat above league avg.

How many times have we seen a good QB surrounded by a garbage team and a trash Coach. To many times to count.

What matters for this franchise is getting a better GM and Coach.

Plain and simple.

We have been repeating this cycle for like 10 years.

Mara can easily do it again on the next tandem.

I didn't say anything about Schoen and Daboll.

But it's not really debatable that having a difference maker at QB on a rookie contract with the NFL's cap structure is pretty much the biggest competitive advantage in sports. Definitely in the NFL.

If Dart proves to be that guy, that is the most important thing to get right and is a franchise altering circumstance. It makes things easier for everyone involved. We've already seen that in the 4 games he's played in. We're putting up points and competing with teams that would have been unimaginable 6 weeks ago.

Now whether or not Daboll will be the people to get the most out of this is a different argument, but it's undeniable that it was their call that has even provided that potential.

it remains to be seen how much of a hit dart is. if he turns out be a mahomes level of hit then sure, we're good, but it can all still very easily go to **** like it has for cj stroud in houston or justin herbert in la.

it's still imperative that we nail the next few offseasons in order to make any noise and imo, schoen has not shown that he can do that

it's also really important to have great coaching to coach this team up and unfortunately, as much promise as he showed in year 1, i don't think daboll is the guy that can take this team over the top.

Yea, that's why I've been very careful to say "if". Dart still needs to prove more, but the early returns have been very encouraging.

I want to be very clear that I'm not saying Schoen and Daboll should be retained (though they probably will). I'm saying that if they got this right, it's huge for us, and it pretty much matters more than almost any other decision they made for this franchise.

I’m good with retaining Schoen and Daboll, getting Dart looks like a great decision by them so far. Now build the Oline and get rid of the artificial turf

Sharing an individual brain cell means they're too stupid to understand the concept of fear. God bless these boys
