Is CMB available? 3 injuries that have kept him out of chunks of summer league, preseason and now the regular season. I sure hope he is more durable going forward.

I think we are over reacting big time. He got injured during pre draft process.

He missed the first summer league game and that’s it . Most player don’t even plays all games. He missed the first game because summer league coincide with him being healthy and probably didn’t practice much or test his injury prior. The miss game allowed him to make sure he was ready.

Then he got an injury during pre season. Stuff happens . The X Ray was negative . I don’t know about the MRI but for all indications CMB has resume full contact practice and even prior to that you could still see him throwing shots at warm up. It’s not a sign of anything major.

What is the third injury ? Is it from the confusion between forearm and elbow ? Maybe I am wrong but also read it as the same injury .

Anyway all those injuries are minors .

We will see how things develops and he could eventually be labeled as injury prone or be fragile because of his plays style . But I think it’s so premature to even start worrying about that right now .

Because of back to back game I expect both CMB and Walter to get minutes but in same time it might not be a guarantee .

Logically CMB would take some Mogbo minutes and Walter some of Battle’s minutes. But Battle was very good last game . Curious to see who Darko deploys his lineup tonight

I really like both players. At this stage it''s lineup.dependent really.

I think long term Battle will have a lengthy NBA career as a shooter off the bench. Walter's upside is as a legit 2 way starter on a playoff team.

Yeah like everyone else just excited to see what CMB can do.

Personally I'm not expecting a big game when he's been off with injury. It would actually be quite surprising to me if he has a stand out game but I'm just hoping to atleast see a few really good defensive possessions and maybe an offensive play or two where he shows something intriguing. Then likely make a greater mark in a couple of games from now once his conditioning has caught up.
