I love the decision he made. Duncan Robinson routinely gets cooked.

Whether down 20 or up 20, there's usually still a game.
7 offensive boards for Duren, and 5 for Ausar. That's the kind of hustle you need when you lack shooters. 32/36 from the free throw line. Four pistons with 18+ this game. Ugly game at times, but a really good team effort and solid win.

1st Q: we suck. Bad. Particularly defensively.
2nd Q: getting it together. Decent.
3rd Q: play well, come back or establish a lead.
4th Q: decent, but struggle to finish.
We’ll take 2-1. That’s what I expected (but over Chicago, not Houston). But we’re not playing well. We’re a good team now, we need to show it. Maybe tomorrow?

Part of what I'm hoping for from Ivey is his evolution as a volume shooter. He shot almost 41% last season on 5 3pa. If he can get up around 8-9 attempts per game and just stay 38ish+ % from deep I'd be thrilled and I think it's completely doable.Billl wrote:Gotta love the grit, but it's going to be really tough to keep this up if we can't make a reasonable number of 3s. 9 makes tonight. That would be dead last in the league last year.

 DETROIT VS EVERYBODY
The Hell with threes! As long as we're scoring in the paint, f?ck threes. I don't care if we’re dead last. OkC proved you don't have to shoot threes all the time to winBilll wrote:Gotta love the grit, but it's going to be really tough to keep this up if we can't make a reasonable number of 3s. 9 makes tonight.
