No consistency or plan at all for punt returner 7 games in. Just beyond dumb Nixon is the last guy I want because he’s an idiot back there and takes huge risks. He’s great at kick returns but no thanks on punt returns.

I think Nixon is wired such that he was embarrassed over the blown coverage/giving up and immediately wanted to go hero ball. I can smell him jumping a route and getting burned later. I hate this quality in NBA players. Polar opposite - Tucker Kraft - plays within the flow and just does his thing - true unintentional hero ball.
