Powell took over that role I thought Wiggins would need to take over as the main perimeter threat. Herro is going to have it rough when he comes back. Completely different team from last season.

Honestly, I don't think we need him. I know the kid can shoot, but that's all he CAN do. I would trade him to a team like TOR, SAC, WAS, or NO. MIL would be the most ideal fit for him but they don't have anything to offer in return

We didn't win a single game without Herro last year. We FINALLY have a roster that suits him and it's trade? This fanbase...

How do you propose we keep this squad together and pay Herro that max extension he wants?

Giannis Fox Ja or Trae are going to look amazing with this group in the fast paced offense, Giannis might average 50

Offense looks modernized and they are pushing the ball. Herro is going to absolutely thrive in this type of deal, he’s a flow player.

You gotta love this pace so far, and that’s exactly why having a solid pack of wolfs on the bench will keep bodies fresh.

Exactly.

Jaimes gotten a huge boost too. In games without Rozier this year, hes averaging 19 pts, 10 boards, 5 dimes, and 3 steals per 36 mins while shooting 75% from the field.

I like Wiggs role much better, with Herro & Powell, all he has to do is hit a shot from time to time & defend. I think he contained JB the best tonight

Is it possible Terry/The Mafia were threatening Jaime to underperform last season for betting purposes?!

I rather lose bench talent to be honest.

I’ll be curious to see what happens with Herros return. Mitchell’s speed and the fact that he’s actually a PG is a pretty important piece to this new fast paced offense.

Wouldn’t even be surprised to see Ware pushed out with Wiggins sliding to the 4 and Bam to the 5. Not advocating it, just wouldn’t be a surprise

I think Herro will be fine. Plus having him in the clutch with Norman and this aggressive version of Bam will help us close out games we should've won last year.

Speaking of Bam. I know his efficiency was poor tonight but I love the aggressive attack on offense. Nights when his shot is falling he's going to feast.

Yup. He has the Hornets finishing with a better record than us. I don't see it. If they did then we are definitely drafting top 5 which would be a bigger win for us. Would mean Powell, Bam and Herro and someone else all got crippled for us to draft that high.

I think Tyler's going to have to play a lot more at the 1 to fit in this team, which honestly isn't so bad since it helps hide him more defensively. Even then though Davion seems to be improved as well.

Either way its a good problem to have, most of us a couple weeks ago were expecting this to be a 20 win squad (could still be knock on wood)

Dude can’t make a shot within the arc now lol if he was shooting his career average from 2 he’d be having a monster start to the season, getting to the line better and shooting 95% has helped
