Maybe Yabu and Joker were hanging out at Eurobasket :dontknow:

I don't think there was ever a shot at us getting Horford but that would've been awesome.

I dunno why not… he’s boys with KAT and would've had plenty of playing time and a good shot at a title with Tatum n Hali out.

He took the same exact contract as Yabu and wouldn’t have had to move across country.

He should’ve been our primary FA target imo..

i'm with it but it has to be for a 2nd star. mikal or og can't be your number 2 option. can you even get a good 2nd star for him ?

Send KAT along with every first round pick and every swap available for Giannis. Brunson needs help badly.

Something is off with Yabu cuz he was slayin it in the FIBA tournament this off-season. He's obviously not in shape so I think he gave it his all in Euro and got nothing left in the tank.

My plan was to trade for bam adebayo since the heat were going to be bad. So much for that plan

bam is a very good player but he's not someone you can rely on offensively to take over. there's a reason he's only averaged 20 points once in his career. he kind of floats a lot of time instead of taking over. you would do it just because he's the better asset but it's not what we need. we need someone besides brunson who you can hand the ball to and they can just go get their own shot.

we already have Brunson . Why don’t they give Bridges more chances to create with his midrange game, we traded 5 picks for him. He shot 7-11 tonight maybe they should have given him more touches since he was a hot hand. Did I mention the coaching sucks

He needs to shed 20-30 pounds. Dude is clearly out of shape right now.

I think we win this with Deuce playing. Oh well.

Hopefully Mitch and Deuce return sooner rather than later because they would take valuable minutes from the inconsistent Yabu/Huk/Clarkson/Shamet types.

KAT was so unbearably bad. I can’t believe I had to witness that in person.

Honestly the moment KAT said he doesn’t know what his role was under Mike brown I knew something was up.

Kat hate over the top as per usual. He makes a few of the misses and it was a typical game. Nearly 20 boards. Could name 5 other players/reasons for the loss before getting to him.

So KAT is gonna play until his quad heals itself. Hart is gonna play until his finger miraculously heals. Yabu is gonna play til he sheds 25 pounds

We shot 15-54 from 3. Also got a bad whistle vs their great one. Won’t be like that in 90% of games.

I mean Powell had 3 flagrants this game. The nut shot on mikal that wasn’t called. The 3 pt foul that was called. And the shove on shamet that wasn’t called.

Does FIBA play actually translate to the NBA? I feel like I remember Fournier playing well during FIBA tournaments when he was with the Knicks. I can't imagine Yabu's tank being emptied after 11 games of Eurobasket with 5 of them being friendly exhibitions. Hopefully he will show his value over time but maybe there was a reason he was out of the NBA for so long.

It's only been 3 games playing on a new team. There is plenty of time for him to turn things around but I haven't seen any game changing skills he has to offer yet.

The FO f*cked up by not getting Brunson another shot creator.

OG is really good all around but he can't create.
Bridges is just ok.
KAT isn't that special at it.
...maybe Clarkson. A little bit of Kolek. And that be it.
Hart in the open court. But now his finger is busted and he sucks.

And somehow, they got some "shooters" but none of them are that good at shooting.

Brown's offense just looks like a bunch of DHOs and trying too hard to run too many KAT/JB pick and rolls.
The movement isn't that great.
It doesn't generate a lot of easy looks.

8th seed.

FO f*cked up multiple ways.
Roster construction sucks.
Brown is average as hell.

Brown is just trying to get some bogus easy baskets by getting some trailing 3's so he can run up the score a little so it looks like they are playing faster. It's a scam. There isn't anything fast or creative about this offense.

Knicks peaked last year.

It's over. Enjoy the fact they are at least a winning team for the next few years because that's as good as it's getting.

Yabu looks worse than he was on Philly.

It's like he got a new contact and spent in all on Philly Cheesesteaks and NYC Cheesecakes.

Here's the reason for the loss everyone.

Heat prioritized getting some height that can shoot.

Knicks have a pack of scrub guards and fat Yabu as the bench.
