Serious question, why did the Packers use a 1st round pick on Golden?

He has as many targets tonight (in game 8) as Heath and John Fitzpatrick.

I do not blame Matthew, I just think if there was no intent to use him when Wicks, Reed, Watson, are down, why do it?

Or is MLF just not willing to use a rookie?

I wouldn't get caught up comparing him to Egbuka or Tet. Most rookie WRs don't turn it on until week 10 plus and up until the return of watson with focus on phasing him in, Golden had really encouraging snap percentages. He'll be alright.

Do you run Jacobs two more times for the score? Any other game I wouldn’t even think twice, but wonder if they’ll try to pass with how our run game has been and the Steelers’ coverage weaknesses.
