Sad part is the exact same could be said for IQ.

Ingram too. Nobody was paying him 40 mill this summer. Masai really did a number

Martin with the disrespect at the end of the game. Raptors need to use this for fuel. You don't want people to do that to you, start realizing that games matter and play with more detailed focus.

Scottie looked decent. A few brain farts and some bad shots that happened to go in. Still encouraging.

No sense overreacting after 3 games. Yak is usually very solid and is clearly laboring as well as IQ shooting 11% from 3. Neither will continue like that.

We knew this month was going to be very tough

Well you could argue they would be nicer to us if we were in fact soft.

Complaining about IQ while he is bricking every 3 seems pretty pointless.

We're not beating anyone if they shoot almost 59% for the game. That's awful.

It'd be more concerning to me if our star players were MIA, but they're not. Ingram and Scottie are hooping.

Our role players will start stepping it up.

IQ won't continue to shoot 10% from deep. Once his 3s start falling, his play will be a lot more tolerable.

This has all the making of a lottery team. Darko looks clueless. However, we’ve seen teams make runs before. All it takes is some momentum. I’ll give it 30 games.

I wouldn't say that since it is contributing to costing the team wins.

I just find it pointless to complain about him sucking at the one thing we know he excels at.

i mean if you cant play a guy you paid 40 million to 31 minutes in a game...

I think we'll get to the play in with the rest of the group and just use him in competitive games in crunch time.

Seriously, get the man someone who catch and finish.

This team would benefit from a C who is a lob threat and shot blocks. Teams don't fear attacking the Raptors, and with Raptors struggling with shooting threes, teams clog the paint.

That's a big factor when you take into account for rolling gravity and rim deterence. This is the piece we need to trade IQ and Poeltl for. I don't know who we would really go for though.

The good sign is that the players in those difficult positions where they need to adapt are IQ and Poeltl. They are high IQ and can figure it out over time. I'd be more concerned if RJ or Barnes were in that position.

Hopefully this is the way it actually goes.

You could just as easily argue that if our stars are playing well and we’re still not winning, maybe they aren’t stars at all.
