Took a look at his Slovenia national play highlights from a month ago and then back to the other nights 49pt game and his face and midsection is definitely fatter lol.


Luka can reach arguably the best player status whenever but it appears already that he lacks discipline and is quite injury prone. Phenomenal player otherwise.

Great fan of both players, but Luka is doing the right thing. He should save his long term health. The Lakers are not competitive this year, and they could use an high 2026 pick

How are they not competitive this year? They have the version of Luka that carried the Mavs to the finals. And Lebron, even at this point is as good as it gets for a #2. They have as good of a chance as anybody

Clearly Luka did work hard to lose weight/get better conditioning over summer, and I don’t think body/fat shaming is necessary esp I assume many of us (especially myself) are probably unfit/could stand to lose a few kilos.

Like Joker, Luka is obviously big boned and will always carry a little puppy fat on him.

Not offended by your post, but just saying that many overweight/obese people also struggle with mental health issues (some related to bullying) and posts like yours add to the stigma.

Making fun of fat people (which Luka isn't btw) is low hanging fruit and a form of bullying imo.

Try be more thoughtful in future Sir.

Point taken. Thanks for the thoughtful manner in which you expressed it. My post was more a commentary on myself - who, ridiculously, once managed to bite his own finger while eating. So, there you have it. I can personally attest to the fact that you can, in fact, maim yourself while eating.

Reeves dropped 50… if Knecht is better, the lakers should win a ring - not many players gonna have 4 guys that can and have dropped 50 on their rosters
