He’s insane.

And I’ve been saying now that the Spurs are 3 steps above Orlando in terms of potential and prospects. The rich get richer.

Wemby was 4 days to young to be in the Paolo draft.

When it it’s time for the League to expand and if they do add two new teams to Vegas and Seattle that means two Western Conference teams will become Eastern Conference teams to balance out the conferences.

I know geographically New Orleans and Memphis make the most sense BUT is that in the best interest of the League and/or competitive balance?

Would a more attractive option be Oklahoma City becoming an Eastern Conference power so the League can promote Spurs VS Thunder in the NBA Finals? Those two franchises seem to be on a collision course no matter what for the Finals so would they want just one of those teams in or both in together.

And we had 9% chance to land Wemby in 2023. Not really much lower than the Spurs. Certainly higher than the Spurs chance to also land Harper this year :banghead: Harper had 20-6-8 on 11 shots yesterday and was +33.

I think Paolo can be very good still, some people think he will be elite, but to me it seems like a longshot he becomes a Luka/Wemby type franchise changing player. Weltman has done a lot wrong, but sometimes that's just the luck of things, we are capped if Paolo doesn't improve a lot and I don't feel like there is much you can do about it.

Also ready for lottery conspiracies next year with what looks to be a top 3 for the ages for anyone keeping up with what Boozer, Peterson and Dybantsa have shown in exhibition games. Celtics 0-3 right now.... Pacers 0-3 traded a late pick last year to get their pick back this year.. Pelicans man... They could have had two cracks at top 3, instead they will have none.

Good to see that Mac McClung is "getting paid". I assume his "multi-year" deal is a league min contract with a team option on the second year.

Still: he's looking at a cool 2.5M this season. Nice.

Watched some OKC v Dallas... Man... i'm not sure anybody can actually beat OKc.. Any time soon.

They are 4-0 without J Will. Their defense still looks head and shoulders above rest of a league and Holmgrem is regaining his "best 22 prospect" status, i mean, guy's impact numbers were always elite, but it seems like he improving his counting stats as well.

Flagg didn't enjoy his Dort experience

All of our possible 3 Number 1 picks look exactly like thought they gonna look so far in their careers. The elite Roleplayer, the top 10 impact stats Big who gonna anchor good playoff defenses for a decade and the low to mid efficiency one way volume scorer.

Watching rest of the leaque is pretty depressing. Looks like its harder not to score 40 points for most talented players in the leaque. I mean i still think there is a good chance we end the year top 4 in the east but i see us pretty capped out as a Lowry/DeRozan Raptors like team over the next years as best case without a real top 10 (probably top 20) player in the leaque.

This was Silver's vision of nba from a start.
Highlight reel league where 50 players are "superstars" and almost all teams, including worst among them feel good about themself.

Either you are good team with actual star(s) or bad team where somebody averages star-like numbers. In both cases you feel good about prospect of your future. I knew league is screwed when Kuzma averaged 21 ppg

How is Wiseman the one being being waived?… Is this #1 pick Wiseman?.. He can’t be a serviceable 3rd stringer?

He was very athletic rim runner. Injuries took lot of that athletics away from him, and what is left is tall, not very skilled, not very fast, not very athletic , not very smart (BBIQ) player.

Ayton is also 1# pick, even sometimes gets some counting stats, but when you watch him play, it's brutal.

Rim runners took heavy, stiff, slower centers out of game because game was too slow for them.
Now, stiff, heavy, smart bigs are removing mindless rim runners away from nba. Kind a poetic.

Wiseman and centers like him are all +23 yeras old and don't even understand how to set screen. Finally teams figured "development" of people pass age of 22 is simply waste of your time.
