Even if you want to trade Scottie, it's obviously going to be better to trade him after a season where he finally gets to play surrounded by actual NBA starting talent.

I think we need to take a deep breath and relax with the knee-jerk takes.

After Scottie played badly in the preseason, there were threads about trading him and opening up playing time for CMB.

After we destroyed the Hawks, there were posts about RIP tanking and how great we were and what rotations we should run in the playoffs.

After losing to the Bucks and Mavs (but Scottie played well), there are now posts about how we should've drafted Cedric Coward instead of CMB and we need to trade IQ and Poeltl ASAP.

In May, the Blue Jays were 26-28, 8 games back of the Yankees. I'm not saying the Raps are going to win the East, I'm just trying to put things in perspective.

The starters barely played together last season. Then we brought in Brandon Ingram, who's played a grand total of 3 games with this team. Give it time. See how Darko, BI and IQ adjust. Then we can evaluate after 30-40 games.
