He wants them to get in the paint with the purpose of spraying out to shooters to get to his high volume of 3s. This is different. We are attacking with aggressiveness looking to score first inside which is what we did for the last few years and it worked

lol huh??? If you get feet in the paint you have to know what’s a good attack and when to kick it out, but you don’t get paint looks and open 3s without deep paint drives and that’s what Brown has asked for is to get into the paint not just drive and kick on every possession

Are you paying attention to how completely different we are playing now than in the last 3 games? This is how we played last season, attack the paint to score. How many drives did OG have last game? Dude took 12 threes. He just drove with aggression on back to back plays. We took franchise record 54 threes last game. Only 10 threes so far on 25 field goal attempts. We have made only one three all game and all our points are in the paint. This is not what we have been doing in the last few games. The strategy changed. This is more like last years team

I’ll let the coaches words speak for me since you seem to not understand what I’m saying lol thus the difference of play in that 1st quarter… you’re going to get more drives and attacks if you’re getting two feet in the paint, doesn’t mean you’re just mindlessly just passing out of every drive for 3s
