He’s a good 1 on 1 defender but team defence, not so much.

CMB has a nice quick release. He just drops down into that stance and gets just enough lift.

I thought it was the opposite..: everyone raving about how Barnes was a good help defender… I’ve always thought his 1 on 1 was meh because of his **** lateral quicks
