If Vivek owned the team Darko would already be done.

Given the focus of the teams prep, seems pretty inexcusable.

It makes too much sense with his Toronto links and experience building up Denver. He's only in his mid 50s, he could be here into the 2030s.

Could be worse, could be the Magic.

I wonder if the Raptors will hold anyone to under 100 points this year. Maybe when Poetl gets healthy?

Mike Malone would be an interesting pick up. Wonder how he'd shape the roster.

Like all of that is great but you not gonna do anything in this league playing defense the way we are

This is exactly the type of basketball I despise. Everyone wants to score. Nobody wants to defend. Soft.

I would rather watch a grind if out defensive game & lose by 5.

This is just hard to watch. Not competitive at all.

It goes well beyond that. Effort, coaching, etc. Management not prioritizing backup bigs. There have been lots of.defensive issues.

To be fair, the pacers played like that and went to ecf/finals last two years.

Every time we went in a run, quickley would jack up a shot or a tough contested layup on a fast break, and would result for a fast break for the rockets to end our run.

Happened 3-4 times this game.

His minutes need to be cut

3 season in a row of no playoffs. Drafted 13th and 9th. Capped out team with zero direction.

Are we sure we aren’t owned by Vivek?

It’s insulting to the Pacers to compare them to us in any way.

You know what this is actually a good thing. Expose this team early. Ingram probably feels bad but it's not like he's really been a winner either.

Offense is beginning to click.

Defense needs to wake the f*** up.

Poelt being a pylon doesn't help. He's supposed to be our anchor.

This was a game that was definitely win able with a healthy big

We lost by 18 pts. How much would his impact be? 10 points, 12?. If he were able to impact the game by 19 points, then he should be the guy we build around. Because that is huge. Normally upper tier All-Stars have that kind of impact.

I don't know, but I would say losing the rebound battle 53-22 impacted things quite a bit. That probably doesn't happen with a healthy Jak.

17 o-boards and 23 second hand points and we had 4 boards 11 second chance points.

Jak likely damn near cuts the 17 in half and likely doubled our own.

I’m not a fan of saying one guy wins a game, especially a role player like Jak, but when your replacement grabs 1 rebound in 25 minutes, and is not particularly good at screening, those problems compound

Wait, you mean to tell me they have been outrebounded 97-42 the last two games? Gotdang. Time to bring Reginald Evans out of retirement.

Might need Reginald Evans and Bismack Biyombo Sumba out there at this point.

I think we'll look very good once Poeltl is healthy but the back up C position is shaky I would look at a Kessler for Dick trade and consider the tax next year, then try to move IQ to avoid the repeater. We could probably bring back RJ, Agbaji, and still sign Kessler back if IQ is gone.

There will be a starting line up change soon. CMB is already good, its very obvious he should be starting.

Poeltl / Mamu
CMB / Mogbo
Barnes / Walter
Ingram / IQ
RJ / IQ

We need a short rotation like the above. Try to trade Agbaji and a pick for Kessler. We need a good young C as a back up.
